love is just a chemical creation synthetic sensation me you and my medication she said, hitting her head lightly against the mirror of the dance studio. from ballet to tap to hip-hop, and now she was pushing herself as hard as she could just so she could win this competition. she needed the scholarship to get into college. since her parents decided that dancing wasn't a suitable career for her, she had worked ten times harder to show that she was going to do this and she was going to make it. but she felt she wasn't going to make it if these mistakes kept happening. she let herself take a break, taking a drink of water and looking at herself in the mirror. her face was covered with sweat and her hair was pulled back into a little bun on the back of her head. her eyes were showing major signs of disappointment. if she messed up one more time, she was going to give up the routine and do something else. no one had seen this routine yet, so if she changed it up a bit, who would know? she put her water bottle down and tried again. pushing the rewind button, and then trying again. she started smiling as she got to the end of her routine and she messed up the last movement. "agh!" she said taking off her shoes ad throwing them against the wall. she sprawled herself on the floor and covered her face with her hands. "i'm never going to get that scholarship," she said, totally convinced that it was true. there was no one she could get this, at least that's what she thought. getting up, she put on a different song. one that she just wanted to dance to for fun. she changed the song to the only difference between martyrdom and suicide is press coverage by panic! at the disco. an up beat song that was easy to dance to. she had once done a routine to this song when she first started hip hop, so she tried to remember how it went, adding in a few new things here and there. she started laughing as she started it off, thinking of how simple the steps were and how easy they were for her to learn as a little girl. if only things could be like that now when she was dancing. but the only way people noticed you was if your routine was entertaining to look at or noticeably complicated. when the song ended, she sat down on the floor smiling, listening to the next song that came on. it was one of those girls by avril lavigne. a pretty good song. she grabbed her water bottle and took a sip, singing when the song came one. "she's one of those girls nothing but trouble, just one look and now you're seeing double. before you know it she'll be gone off to the next one," she sang quietly, letting her voice fill up the room even though it was quiet. then she let her eyes close, losing herself in the music that played through the speakers. Emily needed to get some air, she went for a jog at five in the morning. She made sure she didn't wake anyone up, she was listing to her IPod as she jogged. She saw the sun coming up and as she jogged she stopped outside the dancers cabin. She was panting as she looked up. She decided to check it out, she peeked her head in and saw siobhan dancing she crossed her arms and waited patiently, seeing how she moved. There was something about her that she hated.
Watching her she grinned "Well glad to know im not the only Early riser, ive been awake since four" She said in a matter of fact tone. With a sigh she rubbed the back of her neck rubbing it. God how she hated hurting, she was to out of shape. Which she was going to need to get out of lazy mode and brushed her hand over her forehead. "You are an amazing dancer siobhan..." She said with a honest tone.

love is just a chemical creation synthetic sensation me you and my medication she said, smiling lightly, "but which dance did you happen to see me do?" she had done her dance that she had to be working on for the end of the year. it was a mix of songs and definitely not like anything she had seen before. and then the one that she had done to panic! at the disco, which was just for fun. it was one of her first hip hop routine. before the next song could come on, our song by taylor swift, she ran over to the ihome and pushed her ipod to go on pause. unplugging the blue ipod chromatic, she shoved it in the back pocket of her pants, hoping that she remembered to put it in her back with her phone later. but she knew that with her memory, she wouldn't be able to remember something like that. even if she knew that she had to do it at some point. it would never get done. hence why her bed was not made at the moment back at the girl's cabin. siobhan walked over to her bag quickly, going through her bag to find her headphones. they were in there somewhere, and when she finally found them, she grabbed her ipod and wrapped the headphones around it. she threw the stupid thing back in her bag and then checked her phone. 6ish. up for two hours dancing. why she worked herself so hard, she had no idea. she knew she had to be perfect in order to show her parents that she could do this, and she didn't need to support her. but corine told her it was unhealthy to work herself this hard. it was the truth of course, but why should she quit practicing and lose that scholarship to someone else on the campground? there wasn't of course. and that's why she made sure she was in here for exactly four o'clock in the morning. that way she could spend the rest of the day just hanging around with corine. it was better than having to share the cabin with someone else. she threw everything in her bag, grabbed her water bottle and took a swig, looking back over at emily when she was done. she wiped more sweat off her face with her fore arm as she waited for the older woman to answer her question. She smiled she really didn't mean to startle her, Emily had her moments but she was really nice. She had been staring off into space for a moment. Looking into her eyes she saw a spirit in her a dancers spirit. She walked into the cabin and looked at her again "the last one, I assume its for the final day we are here or what ever you want to call it." She crossed her arms looking around, it was so quite in there it kind of startled her. She was used to hearing voices because of the actors on the campus. Emily looked down, thinking for just a moment, she was thinking of Mike and her together. She wasn't to sure about.
Emily was way to protective, she cared for him a lot, looking into siobhan's eyes she cleared her throat a little and sighed. "Im not used to the silence, it's like no one is left on the planet but us" She chuckled at herself. "God that was a stupid thing to say wasn't it?" shrugging off what she had said she didn't care. "I didn't think anyone was up at this hour, im always jogging at this hour then when we eat breakfast I work on my work...but I didn't come here by chance.."
She said she had a idea and would need siobhan's help "Ive been working on a special little piece, id like to add you to the show I am planning on. I need one dancer and you are extremely skilled. I love your style of dance" Her hands went to her hips as she stood there, before her having a normal conversation.

love is just a chemical creation synthetic sensation me you and my medication she said, thinking over the many mistakes she had made. she had got it right the first time, but after that, there was more mistakes than she could have ever guessed. that was not what she wanted. she wanted it to be flawless. she nodded lightly. sio didn't like silence either. it gave her too much time to think about things. and well, thinking wasn't exactly her thing anymore. she had so much going on. busy schedules and long days were more her thing. there was getting up at 3:30 in the morning to get ready, getting at the dance cabin at 4 o'clock to rehearse. then doing the day's activities which involved more dancing and teaching the younger students some techniques. there was also food, time to talk to mike, and time to talk to corine, and then doing everything else. coming back to dance at night and then off to bed, just to get up and do it all over again. it sucked, but she knew that she needed as much practice as she could get. "i'm always up this early," she said looking up at emily when she trailed off on her sentence. she didn't come here by chance, what could that mean? hopefully nothing bad at least, since she didn't really know emily. there was no way for her to hate her or anything. siobhan's hands went to her mouth as she took in a breath. was she serious? there were so many more campers out there, and there were more talented counselors. so why was this singer counselor asking her to dance for her? "are you serious?" she asked, not believing it what-so-ever. she would love to help the blond woman in front of her, but she didn't know if there was a catch or something. she looked at her, waiting for her to confirm and she wiped her hands on the back of her pants, getting the sweat off. then she placed them right on her petite waist. with all the drama that goes on at the camp, she really didn't care what the other girls said to her about her appearance. only two people's opinions mattered. mike's and corine's. if your name was not mike abott or corine ray, your opinion really didn't matter to her. but she would never tell anyone that. never. emily smiled "It's not a trick question" She laughed softly as she leaned back relaxing a tad more. "As for your dancing I liked what I saw, are you hoping to go professional? I ask because id come to watch you dance" emily had her moments of kindness, she was a nice person but when it came to certain things. It would end up turning to crap, and she didn't want that to happen. She sighed a bit and looked down at the floor for just a moment. "The play is about someone losing someone dear to them, and fighting for happiness.."
She said with a kind smile. "there is another reason I want you to do it is because I know your secret. I know you love Mike Abbott, im very protective of him. As you well know, and id like to see just how much you love him. Some say that dancing is a good way to express your feelings and id like to see it. Im curious, that's all" She smiled bowing her head. She didn't mean it to be bad, but she really wanted to see how much she loved him.

love is just a chemical creation synthetic sensation me you and my medication she said, excitement apparent in her voice. she could finally show her parents that she could make it in the dancing business. she wanted to badly, and about everyone at camp knew that. except for the freshman and some of the counselors of course. if she didn't get the scholarship, however, she knew that her parents would probably take her back and and put her under their wing, but what would she do? she'd probably become a doctor. that's what would happen. and it wasn't something she wanted. sure, they got good money, but what would the point in that be? at her high school, she was taking all the courses that her parents wanted her to take. so that was things like health oc and other doctor related classes. she was passing, but she found it boring. she never wanted to be a doctor. and she was taking dance classes on the side, in school that was. what her parents didn't know wouldn't hurt them. "hopefully. my parents don't want me to though," there was no need to keep it a secret, even though she was a very secretive person. in a small camp, people knew everything. except for the one thing that siobhan was sure no one was going to pick up on. and of course, that was her love for the lovely mike. but, why would anyone find out about that? unless corine opened her big mouth, which was perfectly possible. she loved that girl to death, but there were times when she couldn't keep her mouth shut in front of people. siobhan had tried her hardest to break that habit of hers. but you can only do so much to your best friend before you change them. so, she didn't really try anymore. she loved corine the way she was. big mouth and all. and no matter what, she would always keep her secrets to herself sometimes. though, the other girl always found a way to get it out of her. siobhan looked up from looking at her phone again, and stared at emily. her phone dropped from her hands and made a loud thud as it hit the floor. she knew. she knew the one secret that only one other person knew. she wanted to ask how, how she found out. but if siobhan didn't play her cards right, well, everything could be ruined. mike would be told, siobhan would be upset. and well, siobhan would never be the same. "how did you find out?" she asked, keeping her voice as calm as she could. from excitement to total demise. how a few minutes could change directions completely. she didn't want it to be like this, she didn't want emily to know. but she can't change what emily knew, so she had to just go along with it, and do whatever emily wanted her to do. there was no one someone was going to tell mike her secret. Emily was really interested in this, she tilted her head to the side, she sighed a little bit. When looking at her she shook her head. "No one told me siobhan, your body language around him helped me figured out. I hope you treat him right, we are protective of each other. " She said kindly. She sighed even more as she stood up.
She looked outside, the moon was still out. But she knew the sun would come out quickly, she wanted to see it. Running her fingers in her blond hair. She scanned the area and couldn't help but smile. Seeing the sky starting to turn from black to multiple gray and blue sky. The wind picked up her head and looked back at Sob, she was rather friendly. "Being protective id like to know how much you love him."
She said with a smile. "Im not going to tell anyone and I will stay away but if you ever hurt him. You will have to deal with me" Emily said.
