What happened to the world? How did something so small get out of control? Why would someone want this to happen? These maybe some questions that you are asking yourself right now. Well, if you haven’t been eaten alive yet then you must know the truth that is going on right now. The governments of every state, country, and town have gathered to one giant super government. Now things seemed to have gotten better with them building a bunch of safe zones but can we really trust them? There have been rumors that Raccoon City is being rebuilt. Why you ask? Well it’s because it was a great city and people there were happy, now that it’s been cleared of anything dead, or alive but dead, the government has decided that it’s time to make some changes. Nobody is happy about it except a few. Claire Redfield has come to the conclusion that it’s a good thing. They will be safe there because it has been labeled a safe zone which means that there will be a constant watch over the city. Chris Redfield, her older brother on the other hand thinks that it’s a bunch of bullshit. He thinks that Umbrella is behind this all. Well, in fact they are. Nobody knows it, no one at all! It’s been hidden deep in the deepest and darkest grave. Albert Wesker has been planning this since day one. He just needed a few good reasons for it. Now that he seems to have become the most powerful person in the world people have started listening to him, believing all the lies that come from his slime ball mouth. The government has agreed to redo Raccoon. What they don’t know is that it’s not going to be rebuilt as a safe zone; it’s really there for more testing. You might ask yourself how the government would fall for something so diabolical. Well, Umbrella has planted some spies all around the world seeing what the governments were going to do about this problem. Wesker was the man to go to. He was smart, a scientist, and very powerful. When Raccoon, and if it is rebuilt, who will stay behind and who will leave thinking that this place really is the next safe zone?

The convoy has left from Las Vegas that had been turned into a desert. Alice having left the group had gone through Tokyo, trying to get her hands on Wesker. She lost him in the moment and decided that she would try going to Alaska and meet up with the convoy. Three years later she arrived there. The group was now being lead by Chris Redfield and Carlos Oliveira. Chris had met up with the group a few months ago, almost a year before they had reached Alaska, bring along a new friend, her name was Sheva Alomar. When they had reached Alaska, they had found that the people here weren't going to let them in. They weren't letting anyone in. After days of trying to convince the towns people they had to go and find some shealter, the cars they drove weren't warm enough and the batteries were sure to die if they kept the cars running all night for heat. The group found an old house where they set up refuge. They stayed there, many nights without food until they started sneaking in at night to the town. It was there that they noticed the place seemed to have been hit by something, or the towns people were starting to go mad. Windows were broken into at shops and things were stolen, cars were crashed and beat up bad, deers roamed the streets, aswell as other wild life.
There was an old abandoned mansion, or so it was thought. People have seen activity there, they've heard loud noises and cries. Nobody dares to go and check it out, at least none of the towns people. The convoy has heard the noises too, they can't in because the mansion is on the otherside of the town and the only way to get there would be to go through the dangerous mountains or through the town where they were likely to get shot. Some of the members think that it is where Umbrella is being held up because there seems to be no other safe place out in the world. There has also been talk around that they are coming up with another virus. There has been no word of Weskers whereabouts but some think that it is here in Alaska because his own creations won't even accept him. There is much to be explored here and lots of strange things going on around town. The convoy is setting up teams to go and check out some of the sites, and then come back with news of there findings. Though this is dangerous, it is something they have to do. Anyways, what wasn't dangerous anymore? To the convoy, danger was their middle name.
Mean while...
Of course, Wesker hadn't just gone into hiding. The fact was that by the time Alice had discovered his whereabouts, they simply weren't valid anymore. His time in Tokyo was brief, an attempt to track down any surviving remnants of Umbrella's once-powerful infrastructure. Unfortunately, there wasn't much to be found but an interesting fact: in the wake of disaster after disaster and the of hours of litigation that'd about crushed the Corp, there were research facility that had survived, working autonomously toward their own goals. The lack of communication had left little other choice but the run each of those places as if it were the last remaining body of Umbrella Corporation and the most successful, he learned, was a hive in Victoria, Australia. Wesker had gone there, and he'd seized his chance to color a picture of Umbrella reorganized. Under him. He took the facility over quickly, bringing over the men and women who'd helped him recover his last run-in with Chris Redfield, and gathered his thoughts. There was another facility, in Anchorage. It'd been out of communication the longest and had a population plenty remote enough for him to continue his research, thus he had it loaded up and it went with him.
Now in Alaska, Wesker has already begun making promises. People are afraid of what is creeping slowly north and many have already gone mad from the stress of it. Claiming he would save them by delivering a cure and bringing in proper security, Umbrella is a slowly recovering force, finally to be coddled and shaped by the man whom should have always been its caretaker, but the road ahead is tough and full of nasty obstacles. Wesker still has enemies and for once they truly have the upper hand. In his weakened state, the man knows he's in no position for a full-out coup, and so he'll defend his secret by any means necessary.
SAFE ZONE, are we really safe??
